You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, at hhs.gov/ocr/complaints, or by phone at 1-800-368-1019 (TDD 1-800-537-7697).

Languages

We serve you in English and Russian. Our pharmacists and staff speak both, in person and on the phone at (718) 627-7070. We do not offer interpreter services in other languages. If English or Russian is hard for you, bring someone who can help you, and we will take the time you need.
